Refunds
We are sorry but we can no longer give refunds on the rental of the concession Machines if the directions for use are not followed. If the unit is returned in working order and the claim is the unit did not work, no refund will be given. Please call us and tell us the problem, we want to help. We will send someone out. There will no charge if it is a faulty machine.
